五、治疗

（一）一般治疗

治疗原则是防止牙磨损，维持咀嚼功能并改善牙美观。

（二）口腔颌面部异常相关的治疗建议

1.乳牙列可采用覆盖切缘和面的预成冠修复。

2.恒牙列可采用全冠修复、树脂修复、覆盖义齿修复等。

3.对垂直距离短，伴有颞下颌关节紊乱症患的患者，应进行咬合重建。
