五、治疗

（一）一般治疗

SMMCI综合征病儿的治疗通常需要多科室联合进行。全身症状的治疗需要耳鼻喉科、遗传科、儿童保健科、心理科、康复科、儿科等多学科跟踪观察和治疗，尽量早发现、早诊断和早治疗。

（二）口腔颌面部异常相关的治疗建议

口腔治疗根据牙齿和咬合情况等确定方案，如乳牙疾病的治疗、上颌牙弓的扩展、SMMCI的移动定位、义齿修复等，通常需要儿童口腔科、口腔正畸科、口腔修复科、口腔内科、口腔外科等多科室联合治疗。
