Q70 ‌病毒性肝炎和糖尿病相关吗？

各型病毒性肝炎所致的肝脏病变，严重时均可引起肝脏代谢紊乱，其中糖代谢紊乱可能诱发病毒性肝炎相关性糖尿病，临床表现以高血糖或葡萄糖耐量降低为特征。该病可发生于肝炎各个阶段，但主要见于慢性病毒性肝炎尤其是肝硬化阶段。乙型肝炎病毒感染和糖尿病发生的相关性尚存在争议，而丙型肝炎病毒感染被认为是糖尿病发生的重要危险因素之一。
