2.1　Innovation ecosystem

Foreign scholars have put forward the concepts of“innovation system”（Lundvall，1985），“national innovation system”（C.Freeman，2008）and so on.The organization for economic cooperation and development（OECD）issued a research report on“knowledge-based economy”and“national innovation system”.The Science and Technology Advisory Committee for the President of the United States（PCAST，2004）issued two research reports：“national ecological innovation system，information technology and manufacturing competitiveness”，“national innovation ecosystem：to maintain the strength capacity of the United States”.The innovative ecosystem is regarded as the core concept of the study.

Domestic related research starts with characteristic description and conceptual induction of innovation ecosystem.The innovation ecosystem emphasizes on self-organization，diversity，balance and innovation symbiosis of innovation system（Sun Fuquan，2012）.The innovation ecosystem is a self gain ecological system（Liu Dan，Yan Changle，2013）.The innovation ecosystem research needs to start from the theory logic to find the principle and mechanism of the innovation ecosystem operation（Mei Liang，Chen Jin，Liu Yang，2014）.With the further development of related research，the research is subdivided into micro，meso and macro perspectives（Zhao Fang，Ceng Guoping，2014）.The micro perspective mainly focuses on enterprise innovation ecosystem，meso perspective mainly research on industrial innovation ecosystem or regional innovation ecosystem，macro perspective mainly focuses on national innovation ecosystem.
