•Assume the United Nations understanding of the concept of sustainable development is correct,and will not change in the near future.All our research is based on this concept of sustainable development,and if it changed,our research would be meaningless.

•The data is true and reliable,consistent with the status quo of the country.Our evaluation is based on these data.Different data may lead to different evaluation criteria,and only true and reliable data can ensure the reasonability.

•The importance relativity of sustainability factors proposed in the United Nations Conference is reasonable and it can truly reflect the current situation.Sustainable development requires a comprehensive evaluation of various factors.We need to determine the evaluation weights according to the importance order.Different weights will lead to different evaluation results.
