•Formulate Development Milestones
Our goal is to maintain the sustainable development of Haiti over 20 year,when the values of indicators have reached above the sustainability criteria as shown in Table 7.

As a basis,we determine the development milestones for Haiti.The target clock of Haiti is shown in Table 8.

•Formulate the Following Policy Roadmap according to the Development Milestones
According to the sustainable development of Haiti,we make the policies and planning(Figure 2)accordingly.

The implementation of policies and the time are required to constantly adjust according to the current situation,so as to ensure each milestone completed on time.
