Treatment
（1）Ascites：Therapeutic puncture，spironolactone 40～50 mg once a day，furosemide 40～80 mg bd（not in the evening or at night），check BP！
（2）Salt restriction.
（3）SBP：ciprofloxacin 500 mg bid.
（4）Anemia：blood transfusion.
（5）Etiological treatment：varices/portal hypertension.
（6）Bleeding：transfer to surgery（intravenous infusion，monitoring of vital signs，blood transfusion，endoscopy）.
（7）Secondary prophylaxis：propanolol 20～40 mg bid，consider surgery.
（8）Drug/toxin-induced：nevirapine，other hepatotoxic ARVs，methotrexate.
（9）Malignant tumor：palliative care.
（10）Encephalopathy：intravenous infusion，monitoring，stop the use of diuretics.
