Diagnosis

（1）Physical examination：

JVP raised，chest：crepitus/rales（occ.expiratory.wheezes in pulmonary congestion！），tachycardia gallop，hepatomegaly，ascites，edema.(https://www.daowen.com)

（2）Necessary examinations

CXR（cardiomegaly，congestion，effusion，Kerley B-lines），USS（echo/abdominal），ECG，others acc.to underlying cause（Hb，U&E thyroid-function，etc.）
