Chinese believe“experience in the scene is less attractive than image from book”.That is why Chinese exaggerate greatly with the tremendous adjectives(Section 4.2.3),and provide asmany details as possible.W esterners prefer to be present on spot and experience the scenery firsthand. So OETT just demonstrates the brief information and leaves the details to the visitors. In this respect,TETT is influenced by the original Chinese texts, giving a plethora of details.
