Linguists should study content as well as form.Unlike the previous parts which mainly stress on the textual form，this section puts emphasis on the textual function.Considering contextual factors，W erlich（1976：19）idealized texts into five types：description，narration，exposition，argumentation and instruction.These text types are not mutually exclusive but co-exist for most of time.For tourism promotional texts，all the text types except argumentation are common.The point is not whether or not a particular type occurs in the text，but how well it works.(https://www.daowen.com)
