Ms.Benz:Now I’m available and you have my ears.
Cpt.Li:Before repatriation，the property of our contingent is planned to go in five ways:handover，donation，auction，scrap and repatriation.
Ms.Benz:And？
Cpt.Li:PMS took over some equipment 10 days ago.Donations to local authorities like the Bureau of Immigration and Naturalization，the Customs，the National Fire Service，the National Defense Ministry，and the National Police Training Center，will be done in 3 days.
Ms.Benz:I’d like to inform you that your request for auction has been approved this afternoon.The e-copy of the document is in air now.
Cpt.Li:Good news.Then what is left is the sealift of some equipment back to China.We need some packing materials.
Ms.Benz:Expected work is done.Make a request and I will clear it.But you have to see it ratified by COE office.In the end，I’d like to remind you of the BOS issue.Members of the Board of Survey during the property disposal should be registered in PMS office.
