任务描述
飞机已经到达目的地机场,假如你是空中乘务员Alice,请在舱门口处欢送乘客Johnson 下机,并帮助其拿好手提行李。
任务准备

1)飞机即将到达目的机场,正在下落,此时乘务员应该提醒乘客做什么?

乘务员在飞机着陆后的服务程序:

写一写:分组讨论撰写“在舱门处欢送乘客Johnson下机”的对话。
要求:(1)符合为欢送乘客下机的流程;
(2)要求情节设计符合逻辑,不少于12句;
(3)语法合乎要求,鼓励创新
【角色扮演】 到成都了! (在舱门口处欢送乘客Johnson下机)
演一演:分组角色扮演操练(实训场地)。
要求:(1)可使用自制的小道具进行展示,达到完成服务工作的目的;
(2)在展示过程中注意为欢送乘客下机的流程和礼貌服务;
(3)每组表演时间不超过5分钟;
(4)2～4人为小组代表在实训区进行展示;
(5)完成小组模拟情境互评打分表。

飞机着陆后,乘务员的服务流程:
1)广播欢送词:航班延误应再次向旅客表示歉意;飞机未停稳前,提醒旅客不要开启手机电源,劝阻旅客不要起立或者打开行李架。
2)灯光调至最亮,调节时应注意从暗到亮。
3)乘务长统一指挥操作舱门分离器(滑梯)解除预位。
4)播放音乐。
5)打开舱门:①检查客梯/廊桥到位,接到地面工作人员 “可以开门”信号后打开舱门;②开门前,两人再次确认舱门分离器已经解除预位后再开门。
6)欢送旅客:着装整齐、礼貌道别;安排VIP、头等舱、公务舱旅客先下飞机,协助特殊旅客下飞机。
7)检查客舱:逐个检查行李架和旅客座位。如发现旅客遗留物品,立即报告主任/乘务长,通知地面有关人员。
