216.四把“椅子”。sofa，chair，bench，stool
（1）sofa：沙发；长椅。一般指那些可以坐三人左右的长沙发。如：
The cat often sleeps on the sofa at night.
这只猫晚上经常睡在沙发上。
（2）chair：椅子。通常指带有靠背的椅子，有时也指有靠背和扶手的椅子。如：
He rose from his chair and walked to the window.
他从椅子上站起来，朝窗口走去。
（3）bench：长凳。指可供两人或更多人坐的长凳或石凳，多置于公园或划艇中。如：
He sat down on a park bench.(https://www.daowen.com)
他在公园的长椅上坐了下来。
（4）stool：凳子。多指方的或圆的无靠背、无扶手的仅供一人坐的凳子。如：
a bar stool酒吧高凳 a piano stool钢琴凳
另外armchair指有扶手的椅子。如：
She was sitting in an armchair with blankets wrapped round her.
她坐在扶手椅中，身上裹着毯子。
