◎Hengshui Lake：National Nature Reserve

Hengshui Lake National Nature Reserve is a nature reserve mainly for protecting wetlands and birds.It is located 10km south from Hengshui City,with a total area of 187.87 square kilometers,including 75 square kilometers for deep water.There are 370 species of plants,194 species of insects,26 species of fish,17 species of amphibians and reptiles,296 species of birds,17 species of mammals,201 species of phytoplankton,174 species of zooplankton and 23 species of benthos in the reserve.Among these numerous wild animals and plants,there is a particular diversity of birds.There are 7 species of National Key Wildlife under Level-1 Protection,including Red Crowned Crane,Siberian Crane,Black Stork,Oriental White Stork,Great Bustard,Golden Eagle and Asian Imperial Eagle,and 44 species of National Key Wildlife under Level-2 Protection,including Whooper Swan,Tundra Swan and Common Crane.Every year,there are hundreds of thousands of summer migratory birds nesting here,and more than 3,000 common cranes and tens of thousands of wild geese overwintering here.Flock of whitecheeked starlings that block out the sun are spectacular on the lake.Bright sunshine,blue sky,clear water,and red lotus flowers form beautiful scenery of the lake area; boating,watching flowers,watching birds,and tasting fish,people are intoxicated in this fairyland on the earth.(https://www.daowen.com)
