Promoting coordinated development with collaborative innovation,Baoding takes deepening the reform of the science and technology system as the driving force to make every effort to build itself a strong city mentioned above.The city,firmly grasping the major strategic opportunities for the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the planning and construction of Xiong’an New Area,has successively launched 34 innovative supporting policies,such as Eight Measures to Support the Scientific and Technological Innovation of Enterprises in Baoding City and Opinions on Accelerating Scientific and Technological Innovation and Building an Innovation-driven Baoding,accelerated industrial structure adjustment,promoted the three-year action plan for the development of strategic emerging industries,and defined six focused industries of development,new energy and smart grid equipment,new energy vehicles and intelligent connected vehicles,high-end equipment manufacturing,biomedical health industry,new materials and energy conservation and environmental protection,and information technology.
