Assay of Pigments and Chromatophores

Photosynthetic pigments were extracted with acetone/methanol（7∶2）.The total Bchl content of the cells was estimated by absorbancy measurements at 775 nm［10］.Chromatophores were prepared from the cell lysate［10］.The absorption spectra of the pigments and the chromatophores were measured as described［9，10］.(https://www.daowen.com)
