登记资料的审核流程

河南省肿瘤登记中心收到各登记地区上报的资料后，首先检查资料的完整性。在确认资料完整后，使用IARC/IACR 工具软件中的Check 程序逐一检查所有记录的变量是否完整和有效，同时对不同变量之间是否合乎逻辑的一致性进行检查，然后使用数据分析软件及数据库软件生成统一表格，对登记数据的完整性和可靠性做出评估。各登记地区根据评估结果，对登记资料进行核实、补充与修改，将修改后的资料再次上报河南省肿瘤登记中心，河南省肿瘤登记中心将全省各登记地区数据进行汇总分析，并撰写年度报告。（图2-2）classification and coding, death certification, etc.

4.1.2 Completeness

The completeness refers to what extent all of the incident cancers are included and recorded in the whole objective covering population in the registration areas.The common evaluating indicators include mortality / incidence ratios (M ∶I), the proportion of death certification only (DCO%), histological verified diagnoses (MV%), the number of sources/notifications per case, the stability of incidence rates over time, a comparison of incidence rates in different populations,age-specific incidence curves, and incidence rate of childhood cancers evaluation.

4.1.3 Validity(https://www.daowen.com)

Validity is defined as the proportion of cases in a dataset with a given characteristic that truly have the attribute.The common evaluation indicators include ratio of histological verified diagnoses (MV%),proportion of the death certification only (DCO%),proportion of unspecific site diagnoses (UK%),unspecific age proportion, etc.Cancer registries must evaluate validity of data for information consistency,for example, age/date of birth, gender/anatomic site,anatomic site/histologic diagnosis, anatomic site/histologic diagnosis/age, and the completeness of all basic variables.

4.1.4 Timeliness

Timeliness refers to time interval between the date of onset / diagnosis and data utilization (annual report, research report or papers).Timely access to and reporting cancer information will improve the efficiency of cancer registration work, but the new case registration process has its own lag, and the timeliness consideration is to balance the efficiency and integrity.There are no international guidelines yet for the timeliness of cancer registration data.Now, NCCR (National Central Cancer Registry)requires a reporting interval within 30 months after diagnosing under consideration of the data integrity.
