Nasopharynx (C11)
In 2016, nasopharyngeal cancer cases accounted for 0.41% of all cancer cases in Henan cancer registration areas with the crude incidence of 1.1/105,ASR China 0.89/105 and ASR World 0.86/105.The crude incidence in males was 1.45/105, and 0.73/105 in females.It was 2.14 times in males as high as that in females and it was 1.11 times in rural areas as that in urban areas.The crude mortality of nasopharyngeal cancer in 2016 was 0.7/105, ASR China was 0.56/105 and ASR World was 0.55/105.The mortality in males was 0.99/105, and 0.4/105 in females.The cumulative rates of incidence and mortality from 0 to 74 years old were 0.09% and 0.06%, respectively.(Table 5-2)

鼻咽恶性肿瘤年龄别发病率和死亡率在0~29 岁年龄段处于较低水平，30 岁以后快速上升，在80~岁或85+岁组达到高峰，男性高于女性。城乡和不同地区年龄别率的水平虽然有一定的差异，但总体趋势类同。（图5-2a ～图5-2f）
The age-specific incidence and mortality rates of nasopharyngeal cancer were relatively low before 30 years old and increased gradualy since 30 years old with obvious fluctuation, reached the peak at the age group of 80~ and 85+, respectively.The agespecific incidence and mortality rates in rural areas and urban areas both refluctuated with different values.(Figure 5-2a~figure 5-2f).

在8 个城市肿瘤登记地区中，男性鼻咽恶性肿瘤标化发病率最高的是濮阳市华龙区（1.99/10万），其次是平顶山市和信阳市浉河区；女性发病率最高的是信阳市浉河区（0.96/10 万），其次是洛阳市和南阳市卧龙区。男性标化死亡率最高的是濮阳市华龙区（1.45/10 万），女性死亡率最高的是平顶山市（0.5/10 万）。（图5-2g）
Among the 8 urban cancer registration areas,the ASR China incidence rate of nasopharyngeal cancer in males was the highest in Hualong District of Puyang City(1.99/105), followed by Pingdingshan City and Shihe District.In females, it was the highest in Shihe District of Xinyang City (0.96/105), followed by Luoyang City and Wolong District of Nanyang City.The ASR China mortality was the highest in Hualong District of Puyang City for males (1.45/105) and in Pingdingshan City for females (0.5/105).(Figure 5-2g)

在27 个农村肿瘤登记地区中，男性鼻咽恶性肿瘤标化发病率最高的是罗山县（5.04/10 万），其次是漯河市郾城区和固始县；女性发病率最高的是固始县（1.91/10 万），其次是孟津县和汝阳县。男性标化死亡率最高的是罗山县（5.17/10万），女性死亡率最高的是罗山县（1.4/10 万）。（图5-2h）
Among the 27 rural cancer registration areas,the ASR China incidence rate of nasopharyngeal cancer in males was the highest in Luoshan County(5.04/105), followed by Yancheng District of Luohe City and Gushi County.For females, it was the highest in Gushi County (1.91/105), followed by Mengjin County and Ruyang County.The ASR China mortality was the highest in Luoshan County for both males(5.17/105) and females (1.4/105).(Figure 5-2h)
