Prostate (C61)
In 2016, prostate cancer cases accounted for 0.89% of all cancer cases in Henan cancer registration areas with the crude incidence of 4.65/105,ASR for China 3.79/105 and ASR for World 3.71/105.The crude incidence in urban areas was 7.88/105, and 3.83/105 in rural areas.It was 2.02 times in urban areas as that in rural areas.The crude mortality of prostate cancer in 2016 was 2.14/105, ASR for China was 1.72/105 and ASR for World 1.76/105.The crude mortality in urban areas was 3.38/105, and 1.83/105 in rural areas.The cumulative rates of incidence and mortality from 0 to 74 years old were 0.36% and 0.14%, respectively.(Table 5-16)

前列腺恶性肿瘤年龄别发病率和死亡率在0~54 岁年龄段处于较低水平，55 岁以后快速上升，在80~岁或85+岁组达到高峰。城乡和不同地区年龄别率虽然有一定的差异，但总体趋势类同。（图5-16a ～图5-16b）
The age-specific incidence and mortality rates of prostate cancer was relatively low before 54 years old and increased dramatically since 55 years old,reaching the peak at the age group of 80~or 85+.The age-specific incidence and mortality rates in urban and rural areas with similiar Curves.(Figure 5-16a~figure 5-16b)

在8 个城市肿瘤登记地区中，男性前列腺恶性肿瘤标化发病率最高的是洛阳市（14.95/10万），其次是濮阳市华龙区和三门峡市湖滨区。男性标化死亡率最高的是洛阳市（6.91/10 万）。（图5-16c）

Among the 8 urban cancer registration areas,the ASR China incidence rate of prostate cancer was the highest in Luoyang City (14.95/105), followed by Hualong District of Puyang City and Hubin District of Sanmenxia City.The highest ASR China mortality was in Luoyang City (6.91/105).(Figure 5-16c)

在27 个农村肿瘤登记地区中，男性前列腺恶性肿瘤标化发病率最高的是巩义市（7.32/10万），其次是洛阳市偃师市和洛阳市新安县。男性标化死亡率最高的是洛阳市偃师市（3.50/10万）。（图5-16d）
Among the 27 rural cancer registration areas,the ASR China incidence rate of prostate cancer was the highest in Gongyi City (7.32/105), followed by Yanshi City of Luoyang City and Xin'an County of Luoyang City.The highest ASR China mortality of male prostate cancer was in Yanshi City of Luoyang City (3.50/105).(Figure 5-16d)
