Brain ＆amp; Central Nervous System(C70-C72)
In 2016, brain and central nervous system cancer (the following named as brain tumors) cases accounted for 2.32% of all cancer cases in Henan cancer registration areas with the crude incidence of 6.23/105, ASR for China 5.28/105 and ASR for World 5.17/105.The incidence in males was 6.19/1055, and 6.27/105 in females.It was 1.09 times in males as high as that in females and it was 1.16 times in rural areas as that in urban areas.The crude mortality of brain tumors in 2016 was 4.30/105, ASR for China was 3.49/105 and ASR for World 3.49/105.The mortality in males was 4.67/105, and 3.92/105 in females.The cumulative rates of incidence and mortality from 0 to 74 years old were 0.55% and 0.37%, respectively.(Table 5-19)

脑及中枢神经系统恶性肿瘤年龄别发病率和死亡率在0~34 岁年龄段处于较低水平，35 岁以后快速上升，在80~岁或85+岁组达到高峰，男性和女性发病率和死亡率相近。城乡和不同地区年龄别率的水平虽然有一定的差异，但总体趋势类同。（图5-19a ～图5-19f）
The age-specific incidence and mortality rates of brain tumors were relatively low before 34 years old and increased dramatically since 35 years old, reaching the peak at the age group of 80 and 85 respectively.There were not significant differences between males and females.The agespecific incidence and mortality rates varied in urban and rural areas with similar curves.(Figure 5-19a~figure 5-19f)

在8 个城市肿瘤登记地区中，男性脑及中枢神经系统恶性肿瘤标化发病率最高的是信阳市浉河区（7.6/10 万），其次是洛阳市和漯河市；女性发病率最高的是鹤壁市（5.41/10 万），其次是南阳市卧龙区和洛阳市。男性标化死亡率最高的是濮阳市华龙区（6.33/10 万），女性死亡率最高的是南阳市卧龙区（3.05/10 万）。（图5-19g）
Among the 8 urban cancer registration areas, the ASR China incidence rate of brain tumors in males was the highest in Shihe District of Xinyang City(6.87/105), followed by Luoyang City and Luohe City.In females, it was the highest in Hebi City (5.41/105),followed by Wolong District of Nanyang City and Luoyang city.The highest ASR China mortality were in Hualong District of Puyang City (6.33/105)for males and in Wolong District of Nanyang City(3.05/105) for females.(Figure 5-19g)

在27 个农村肿瘤登记地区中，男性脑及中枢神经系统恶性肿瘤标化发病率最高的是洛阳市栾川县（10.36/10 万），其次是洛阳市孟津县和商丘市睢县；女性发病率最高的是安阳市林州市（8.48/10 万），其次是洛阳市偃师市和信阳市固始县。男性标化死亡率最高的是洛阳市栾川县（7.84/10 万），女性死亡率最高的是商丘市睢县（5.69/10 万）。（图5-19h）
Among the 27 rural cancer registration areas, the ASR China incidence rate of brain tumors in males was the highest in Luanchuan County (10.36/105),followed by Mengjin County and Suixian County.For females, it was the highest in Linzhou City (8.48/105),followed by Yanshi City and Gushi County.The ASR China mortality was the highest in Luanchuan County for males, and it was highest in Suixian County(5.69/105) for females.(Figure 5-19h)

2016 年肿瘤登记地区脑及中枢神经系统癌发病病例中有确切解剖学亚部位（C71.0-C71.8）信息的占42.3%，亚部位未特指（C71.9）的占57.7%。在有亚部位的脑及中枢神经系统癌病例中，发生在大脑（C71.0）（除脑叶和脑室外）的占37.1%，额叶（C71.1）的占15.7%，颞叶（C71.2）的占12.5%，顶叶（C71.3）的占2.4%，枕叶（C71.4）的占2.7%，脑室（C71.5）的占3.8%，小脑（C71.6）的占16.1%，脑干（C71.7）的占5.8%，脑及中枢神经系统交搭跨越（C71.8）的占5.1%。（图5-19i）
Among all the reported brain tumor cases in 2016, 42.3% had specific anatomic site information(C71.0-C71.8) and the rest 57.7% didn't have.The specific anatomic sites of brain tumors included cerebrum (C71.0) (37.1%), frontal (C71.1) (15.7%),temporal (C71.2) (12.5%), parietal (C71.3) (2.4%),occipital (C71.4) (2.7%), cerebral venticle(C71.5)(3.8%), cerebellum (C71.6) (16.1%), brain stem(C71.7) (5.8%) and the overlapping part (C71.8)(5.1%).(Figure 5-19i)
