4.2.3 Main Technical Requirements for Bypass Work ...
1.Working Conditions
The bypass work vehicle shall be in normal working under the following condition:
(1)The altitude is not more than 1,000m;
(2)Ambient temperature:-40 to 40°C;
(3)Relative air humidity is not more than 95%(+25°C);
Where the vehicle is used in special conditions,it is necessary to design according to the requirements of use.
2.Functional Requirements
(1)Bypass flexible cable should be loaded in a fixed manner.The whole vehicle is a van-type engineering vehicle,and a cable retracting device is arranged in the vehicle compartment.The cable retracting device is mainly composed of a circular track,a triplex overhead cable reel,a reel driving mechanism,a lifting device,etc.The cable retracting device should be loaded with no less than 18 sets of bypass flexible cables in a fixed manner,as shown in Fig.4-15.

(2)Component storage box The component storage box is used for stationary storage bypass work equipment components,including bypass load switch,adapter cable,cable connector,etc.Various bypass working parts are classified and designed,and the special tooling fixtures are designed for reliable fixing.The molding die for storing small parts should be marked with quantity to realize the fixed management of each part to prevent the tools from colliding and bumping during transportation.
(3)Function of manually receiving and releasing the bypass flexible cable.The triplex overhead cable reels are installed in a parallel manner in the circular track.By driving each set of reels with an electric or hydraulic mechanism,the reels can be moved one by one to the position specified for receiving and releasing bypass flexible cables at the tail of the compartment.Each set of reels should be automatically locked to prevent it from moving during driving.A set of reel devices shall be provided with continuous,jog,three-phase simultaneous and single-phase retracting functions according to the working needs at the position for receiving and releasing bypass flexible cables.The cable reel should be provided with positioning lock function to prevent the cable reel from moving and rotating during driving.The receiving and releasing of cable should be realized by the configured wired remote control device,and the control cable length should be not less than 3m.The mechanism should be designed with sufficient space for maintenance.
(4)The function of quickly disassembling the cable reel on site.The equipped on board hoisting device can hang the cable reel outside the compartment.A set of cable reels can be quickly split into three single reels for easy transportation and maintenance of reel.The rated lifting capacity of the boom should not be less than 500kg.
(5)The function of lighting for work site at night.The outer top of the cab is provided with a on-board lift lighting device,equipped with omni-direction steering pan-tilt for lighting the work site at night.The vehicle chassis battery DC 24V power supply should be used for the lighting power supply,LED lights and other energy-saving lamps should be used for lighting fixtures,and the illumination shall meet the site work requirements.
(6)The function of vehicle storage support.The bottom of the compartment should be equipped with 4 hydraulic vertical telescopic legs,and the tires should not be carried and can withstand the total mass of the vehicle and the cargo after the legs are extended.The control system of the hydraulic telescopic legs should be installed in a position easy to operate.
(7)Extended function.As technology advances and matures,new features can be added.
(8)Modification.The bypass work vehicle should be modified with a finalized vehicle.
3.Auxiliary System
(1)Electrical system.A power master switch shall be provided in the circuit system and shall be arranged in a position convenient for the operator to operate.
(2)Illumination system.The illumination of the bypass work vehicle includes vehicle body lighting,work lighting,and emergency lighting.
