4.2.1　Basic structure of Bypass Work Vehicle and Load Switch Vehicle

1.Basic Structure of Bypass Work Vehicle

The bypass work vehicle mainly includes a vehicle platform,a cable retracting device,a component storage box,etc.,as shown in Fig.4-13.The vehicle platform includes a vehicle chassis,a vehicle body(compartment)structure,etc.,which is a transport carrier of the bypass work vehicle.The cable retracting device is mainly composed of a circular track,a triplex overhead cable reel,a reel driving mechanism,a lifting device,etc.The component storage box is used for stationary storage(excluding the bypass flexible cable)bypass work equipment components,including bypass load switch,adapter cable,cable connector,etc.The bypass work vehicle adopts a subdivision design with an independent cab,component storage box,cable retracting device,and tool kit.

Achassis of the engineering vehicle is adopted,and a set of electro-hydraulic drive cable reel and a bypass load switch are arranged in the vehicle,with the structure shown as Fig.4-14.
