1.Test For Vehicle
(1)Tests of live working bypass vehicle include type test,predelivery test and acceptance test.The type test and predelivery test should be carried out by the manufacturer.
(2)The acceptance test should be carried out jointly by the user and the manufacturer,including visual inspection,power switching test,cable retraction,switch switching,lighting system and vehicle storage support functions.
(3)In addition,the power frequency withstand voltage test between the fractures in the open state and the phase and phase power frequency withstand voltage test in the closed state should be performed periodically on the bypass load switch of the load switch vehicle.Before use,the insulation resistance detector shall be used to check the insulation resistance between the phase-earth,phase-phase and open contacts of the switch to ensure that the insulation resistance are greater than 700MΩ.(https://www.daowen.com)
2.Storage of Vehicles
(1)The bypass work vehicle and the load switch vehicle shall be stored in a dedicated warehouse.The storage conditions of the warehouse should meet the conditions of anti-theft,moisture and ventilation,and equipped with corresponding fire-fighting facilities.
(2)For vehicles stored in the warehouse,such moving parts as doors and windows and drawers shall be closed,and all devices shall be securely fastened or tied.
(3)Vehicles shall be regularly maintained in accordance with the motor vehicle manual.
