1.Working Conditions
The mobile box-type substation vehicle shall be in normal working under the following condition:
①Altitude:≤1000m;
②Ambient temperature:-40~40°C;
③Relative air humidity:≤95%(+25°C).
Where the vehicle is used in special conditions,it is necessary to design according to the requirements of use.
2.Functional Requirements
(1)Overall requirements
①Transportation.Mobile box-type substation vehicle shall be of good maneuverability,anti-vibration,anti-shock,dust-proof and other performance,and shall meet the requirements of reliable transportation vehicle equipment.
②Modification.The mobile box-type substation vehicle should be modified with a finalized vehicle.The modification of mobile box-type substation vehicle shall meet the Trucks-Engineering Approval Evaluation Program(GB/T1332—1991),Bus and Coach-Engineering Approval Evaluation Process(GB/T13043—2006),Light Buses—Engineering Approval Evaluation Program(GB/T13044—1991),The Approval Test Procedure for Special Purpose Vehicles(QC/T252—1998)and other requirements for automotive modification technical standards.
③Production.In addition to complying with the provisions of this document,the production of mobile box-type substation vehicle shall also meet the relevant laws promulgated by the state.
(2)Vehicle equipment
①General requirements
a.Maintenance inspection On-board devices shall be regularly calibrated,maintained or inspected in accordance with relevant regulatory requirements or its instructions.
b.Performance and parameters.In addition to meeting the requirements,performance and parameters of on-board devices shall also comply with the relevant technical standards or regulations.
c.Wiring method.The high-voltage side wiring is a set of incoming and outgoing lines,of which one set is used to connect the transformer,and the other set can be used to transfer the load.The low-voltage side outlet is the output of two groups of loads(one master and one standby).
d.Earthquake resistance.On-board elements or components shall be securely mounted and have good shock resistance.The earthquake resistance of on-board devices shall meet the relevant provisions of Environmental Conditions Existing in the Application of Electric and Electronic Products-Section 5:Ground Vehicle Installations(GB4798.5—2007).
②Distribution transformer.The distribution transformer shall comply with the provisions of Standard for Hand-over Test of Electric Equipment Electric Equipment Installation Engineering(GB50150—2006),and the capacity can be three-phase oil-immersed direct-cooling coil non-excitation voltage-regulating distribution transformer or dry-type transformer with specifications of 250-630kVA.
③Bypass load switch.The bypass load switch shall comply with the 10kV Bypass Equipment Conditions(Q/GDW249—2009),fully insulating and fully sealed and interconnected with ring main units and branch boxes,with good operational performance(mechanical life≥3,000 cycles)and arc-extinguishing,with a reliable safety locking mechanism.(https://www.daowen.com)
④Bypass flexible cable.The bypass flexible cable shall comply with the 10kV Bypass Equipment Conditions(Q/GDW249—2009),which can be bent and reused.
⑤Bypass connector.The bypass connector includes the incoming connector device,terminal connector,intermediate connector,T-connector,etc.,which shall comply with the provisions of 10kV Bypass Equipment Conditions(Q/GDW249—2009).The connection joint requires compact structure,convenient docking,and has a firm and reliable function to prevent automatic falling off of the lock,so that it is convenient to change the separation state in the docking state.
⑥Bypass cable connection accessory.Bypass cable connection accessory includes touchable terminal elbow cable plugs,detachable cable connectors,auxiliary cables,down cables,etc.,and shall comply with the provisions of 10kV Bypass Equipment Conditions(Q/GDW249—2009).The model shall be matched with flexible cable,live working arc extinguishing switch,box transformer,ring network cabinet,branch box and high and low voltage inlet cabinet.
⑦Low voltage power distribution panel.The low voltage power distribution panel shall comply with the provisions of Low-voltage Switchgear and Controlgear Assemblies—Part 1:Type-tested and Partially Type-tested Assemblies(GB7251.1—2005),and the switchgear,measuring instrument,protection device and auxiliary equipment required for the low-voltage circuit shall be arranged and installed in the metal cabinet according to a certain wiring manner.
⑧Low voltage flexible cable.The low voltage flexible cable shall comply with the provisions of Wire and Cable Rubber Insulation and Rubber Sleeves Part 1:General(GB75941—1987),which can be bent and reused.
⑨Ring main unit.The ring main unit shall comply with the provision of Common Technical Requirements of High Voltage Switchgear and Controlgear Standards(GB11022—2011),and shall be divided into separate isolation chambers with a metal closure,including load switch room(circuit breaker),busbar room,cable room and control instrument room,of which the load switch room(circuit breaker),busbar room and cable room are provided with independent pressure relief channels.
⑩Configuration requirements.The configuration requirements include the typical equipment configuration for basic mobile box-type substation vehicle and the extended mobile box to change the typical equipment configuration,according to the relevant national standards.
(3)Auxiliary system
①Circuit and control.A power master switch shall be provided in the circuit system and shall be arranged in a position convenient for the operator to operate.
②Lighting system.The illumination of the mobile box-type substation vehicle includes vehicle body lighting,work lighting,and emergency lighting.
③Grounding system.The mobile box-type substation vehicle shall be provided with a dedicated centralized grounding point with an obvious grounding mark.The grounding resistance shall be greater than 4Ω,and the distance between the protective grounding and working grounding shall be 5m or above.
The grounding wire shall have sufficient cross-section and length.The cross section of the main ground return ground wire shall meet the requirements of heat capacity and wire voltage drop.
④Hydraulic system.Where the mobile box-type substation vehicle is parked in the garage or the unit is working,the hydraulic system can provide support for protecting the tires and the axle.The four hydraulic legs are provided with locking devices,and each leg can operate independently.
⑤Safety protection,warning,and protection.
a.Safety protection:Where the moving parts such as hydraulic,mechanical,electric and other moving parts of the mobile box-type substation vehicle have obvious influence on the safety of load bearing and transmission,locking protection equipment shall be provided.The locking protection equipment shall be flexible and reliable.
Where the movable parts that can be moved manually have obvious safety impact on transportation,fixing,etc.,the limit locking device shall be provided.The locking device shall be convenient for workers to operate,with flexible action and reliable limit.
b.Warning:Mobile box-type substation vehicle shall be provided with audible and visual alarm and can be controlled by the operator on the vehicle.The equipment area can be equipped with smoke alarm and toxic gas alarm according to the need for electrification detection.
c.Protection:Mobile box-type substation vehicle should be provided with common safety tools and protective equipment.Fire-fighting equipment should be equipped in different functional areas such as the cab and equipment area.Fire-fighting equipment should be installed firmly and easily accessed.
