1.System Composition Framework Block Diagram
The management system composition framework block diagram of live working tools and instruments is as shown in Fig.8-4.
2.Tools Warehouse-in and Warehouse-out Information Management
(1)Please establish the warehouse-in record of the live working tools and instruments,including the tools and instruments manufacturer,ex-factory date,warehouse-in time,test conditions,tools code,and etc.
(2)Please establish the live working tools and instruments abandonment record,mainly including the name,code,warehouse-in time,abandonment time and abandonment reason of the tools,and etc.

(3)The accidental dirt,damage,loss or other conditions of the live working tools and instruments occurring in work,must be filled in the relevant statements,and the description must be given.Meanwhile,it shall also be signed and confirmed by the relevant staffs.
3.Tools Borrowing Management(https://www.daowen.com)
(1)For the warehouse-in and warehouse out of the live working tools and instruments,the ledger must be established,mainly recording the borrowing,return and visual examination conditions.
(2)When the working staffs receive variable tools from the warehouse,there are many methods regarding the tools selection.The tools may be arbitrarily selected through the classification,specification,tool name,bar code or brief code.
(3)After the working staffs complete the use of tools,this operation is required,and it is required to complete the return of tools.In addition,the return also has three statuses,namely,return,loss and damage.After the return of tools and instruments,they must be placed on the specified position.
(4)For the insulating tools and instruments that cannot be returned on the current day,please store them at the place where the conditions are satisfied.
4.Tools Test Management
The tools and instruments shall be regularly tested,which will greatly strengthen the safety and reliability of the tools and instruments.The test management link will be a most important link of this platform,while the live working tools and instruments test may be classified as follows:checking test,preventive test and type test.The tools may be further used after they pass through the test.Otherwise,the abandonment of tools must be applied.Please set the test type,test cycle,test date and test code as per the variable types of tools,establish the test ledger and remind the next test time of each tool and instrument.In addition,for the over-due tools and instruments,the alarm shall be given.
5.Comprehensive Query
(1)The fully intelligent integrated tool management platform has an advanced query system,which can query the inventory status,tool distribution,tool stock-in,tool collecting,tool loss reporting,electrical test and mechanical test respectively.All data are stored in SQL database and can be retrieved safely and reliably at high speed.
(2)The tools and instruments inventory system is different from the query system.The tool inventory system is mainly to let the warehouse keeper know clearly the existing tools in a warehouse.Inventory for each warehouse can be performed separately.The comprehensive query system for the warehouse of tools and instruments for live working is shown in Fig.8-5.
