1.Tools and instruments for live working must be packed with special clean canvas bags before they are taken out of the warehouse for loading.During transportation,live working tools should be packed in special tool bags,tool boxes or special tool car to prevent dampness and damage.When conditions permit,live working mobile warehouse car can be used for transportation of tools.
2.Tools and instruments for live working shall be placed by different categories in the transportation process,and necessary fixing measures shall be taken to avoid any collision and wear caused by vehicle bumping.Aluminum alloy tools,clamps and fixtures with low surface hardness and metal machines and tools that should not be collided shall be provided with special wooden and leather tool boxes during transportation.Each box shall be limited to one set of tools,and loose parts shall be fixed in the box.Metal tools shall be placed in the lower layer,insulating tools shall be placed in the upper layer and fixated,and shall not be mixed during shipment.The layout of insulating tools is shown in Fig.8-12.

3.Insulating hard ladder,insulating bar,insulated insulator cradle and other items shall be placed horizontally in the car,and the tool bag shall be intact.Corrosive,paint and sundries shall not be stored in the compartment.
4.When it is taken out for continuous work,drying equipment shall also be equipped.After returning to the camp every day,the insulating tools and instruments shall be dried for a period of time for use the next day.
