[2]这里产生了一个切入点，即倘若社区治疗不是强制的，是否会招致比较少的反对意见？答案或许是肯定的。但本章认为，旋转门症候群（revolving door syndrome）的产生，往往是因为病人不认为自己生病需要治疗而产生，以及我国台湾地区“精神卫生法”中“不遵医嘱致其病情不稳或生活功能有退化之虞”之文字而言，倘若不能强制，或许对于此种不认为自己需要治疗之病人，“精神卫生法”将无计可施。
