[2]这里产生了一个切入点,即倘若社区治疗不是强制的,是否会招致比较少的反对意见?答案或许是肯定的。但本章认为,旋转门症候群(revolving door syndrome)的产生,往往是因为病人不认为自己生病需要治疗而产生,以及我国台湾地区“精神卫生法”中“不遵医嘱致其病情不稳或生活功能有退化之虞”之文字而言,倘若不能强制,或许对于此种不认为自己需要治疗之病人,“精神卫生法”将无计可施。
