Li Hua is the manager assistant in the ABC Trading Company. He is assigned to pick up a client, Mr. Brown from the US. After receiving Mr. Brown from the airport, they are now on the way to the hotel.

L=Li Hua
B: The city is really beautiful.
L: Yes, it is.
B: Where shall I be staying?
L: You’ll be staying at the Garden Hotel.
B: Is it a first class hotel?
L: Yes, it is one of the best in the city.

L: Yes, of course. We have reserved a room with a private bathroom. At the Garden Hotel, twenty-four-hour room service is guaranteed. At the business center, services including copying, typing telex and facsimile are available. The hotel offers a complete conventional service. It has a nice restaurant, a bar and a laundry, etc.
B: Sounds great, but is it conveniently located?
L: Yes, it is located downtown. We shall get there soon. It is only about a fifty minutes’ ride.
B: Mr. Li, what about tomorrow’s arrangement?
L: I’ll pick you up at the hotel at 8:30 in the morning and our general manager will be meeting you in our company at 9:00.In the afternoon you both will attend a news conference. Is that all right?
B: That’s all right.
L: Here we are, Mr. Brown. This is the Garden Hotel. Let’s go in and go to the reception desk.
B: Good! It’s really a beautiful hotel.
