Dialogue One

Li Hua and Mr. Brown are now at the reception desk in the Garden Hotel. A receptionist receives them with a smile.

B=Mr. Brown

R: Good morning! What can I do for you?

L: Hello. I have reserved a single room last Saturday for our guest from the USA.Do you still remember?

B: How do you do, Miss?
