Read the following dialogue and answer the questions followed.
A foreign guest, Mr. Miller is suffering from a high fever and heavy cough. The company receptionist, Mr. Song takes him to the hospital. They are now at the Doctor’s.
D=Doctor
M=Mr. Miller
S=Mr. Song
S: Good morning, doctor. This is my guest, Mr. Miller. He feels terrible this morning.
D: Good morning, Mr. Miller, What’s the matter?
M: Hi, doctor, I feel dizzy and weak and I’m running a temperature.
D: Any other symptoms?
M: Yes, I have a bad cough and my chest also aches.
D: I see, open your mouth, please say “AH”, I will check your throat. Well, let me take your temperature. Put this thermometer under your arm please.
5 minutes later
M: Doctor, how about my temperature now?
D: It’s 39.5℃. Now let me examine your chest. Will you please unbutton your shirt?Please breathe in deeply and breathe out slowly.
M: OK.
D: Now I will feel your pulse. All right.
M: Doctor, am I serious?

M: I’m relieved to hear that.
D: I will give you an injection to bring down the temperature. Are you allergic to penicillin?
M: I’m not sure.
D: Well, we’ll check on that.
The doctor turns to Mr. Song
D: Please take this slip to the injection room and give it to the nurse. She will give Mr.Miler a test. If his test is all right, she will give him an injection.
S: Does he need to take any medicine?
D: Yes, I’ll prescribe some cough medicine and some antibiotic for him. Here is the prescription. Take it to the chemist at the dispensary and he will tell you the dosage.
S: OK, no problem. Thanks a lot.
M: What else do you advise me to do, doctor?
D: Stay indoors for a day or two, keep warm, drink some water and have a good rest.
M: Thank you very much, doctor.
D: Never mind. If you don’t feel any better in a couple of days, come and see me again.
M: Thanks again. Good-bye.
D: Take care of yourself. Good-bye.
