Results

The findings from this study are summarised in three areas.The first is the policies and actions of the university administration mainly from the documentary analysis.The second is lecturers’experience and opinions on two cohorts of CHBS and NCBS from the telephone interviews.The third is the students’face-to-face responses to the teaching，learning and learning environment in their university(U-N).Of coursre，the findings from universities，lecturers and students respectively are interrealated.For the purpose of clarity，the results in these three areas are presented separately in the following section.
