7.2.4　Sunitinib（Sunitinib，Sotan，Sutent）

Sunitinib produces anti-tumor and anti-angiogenesis by inhibiting PDGFRa，PDGFRβ，VEGFRL～3，KIT，FLT3，colony stimulating factor 1 receptor（CSFR）and glial cell line extended neurotrophin receptor（RET）.Although sunitinib has been approved for marketing，its status in breast cancer is still in the research stage.Phase Ⅱ clinical studies have shown that the objective rate of sunitinib alone is 11%，and the median TTP is about 10 weeks.The sequential use rate with docetaxel can reach 72.2%.The phase Ⅲ clinical study of sunitinib combined with different chemotherapy drugs for first-to-third line treatment of advanced breast cancer is underway，some of which are not meeting the requirements of interim analysis and be early terminated.At present，the application prospect of sunitinib in breast cancer treatment is not optimistic.(https://www.daowen.com)
