2.5 Differentially expressed gene analysis
Differential expression analysis of two groups(three biological replicates per group)was performed using Cufflinks(Trapnell et al.,2010).Abundances are reported as normalized FPKM.Cufflinks determines differential expression in digital gene expression data using a model based on the negative binomial distribution. The resulting P-values were adjusted using the Benjamini-Hochberg correction for controlling the false discovery rate.Genes with a Q-value(adjusted P-value)≤0.05 were considered differentially expressed.Genes with a Q-value≤0.05 and log2(fold_change)|≥1 were considered significantly differentially expressed and used for volcano plotting and KEGG and GO enrichment analysis.(https://www.daowen.com)
