3.3 Adsorption Properties and Kinetics of Molecularly Imprinted Polymers
The adsorption kinetics profile of cordycepin on the molecularly imprinted polymer was performed in 400μg/mL cordycepin solution.The binding capacity increased rapidly in the initial 2h，and reached the maximal adsorption capacity at 2.5h(Figure 4).The results indicated that there were a large number of imprinted cavities on the molecularly imprinted polymer.Initially，the cordycepin was bonded at the imprinting sites，but some nonimprinted sites(function groups)later adsorbed the analyte.The cordycepin molecularly imprinted polymer was a cross-linked network rather than a planar substance.
