3.1 XKP decreasedβ-cell apoptotic rate under high glucose stress
Theβ-cell apoptotic rate in the high glucose concentration treatment(23.24%)was greater than that in the control(5.37%).Where XKP was added，the apoptotic rate was lower than the glucose-only treatment at 10.92%(Figure 1a，b).
