（1）Language in an effective notice usually follows the principles stated below：

●Both the person who wrote the notice and the person whom the notice addressed to should be named in third person.

●Use some fixed sentence patterns such as“This is to announce...”

●Use peculiar spelling such as Shop'til U Drop.
