纤维艺术专业学生在装饰图案方面有较扎实的基础。从专业教学角度看，不仅希望学生的装饰图案能力在平面设计中得以应用，同时希望在三维空间设计中得以发挥。基于这样的教学训练目的，本次工作坊以时尚设计学院中厅空间为设计目标，学生分组完成设计方案。
COURSE OUTLINE
Students majored in fiber arts has solid foundations in decorative pattern fields.From the teaching perspective, students are expected to be able to apply their skills both in 2D graphic and 3D designing.During the workshop, students are divided into groups and are requested to complete a design plan for central hall of School of Fashion Design.
导师介绍
迈克尔·埃森，教授，1950年生于苏格兰亚伯丁郡的亨特利市，曾就读于爱丁堡艺术学院、英国皇家艺术学院，获艺术硕士学位，现居澳大利亚悉尼市，执教于新南威尔士大学艺术学院，并任苏格兰格拉斯哥艺术学院客座教授，同时也是国际素描协会澳大利亚分会理事长。
ABOUT SUPERVISORS
Professor Michael Esson was born in Aberdeen, England, 1950.He has Master Degree of Fine Arts from Edinburgh College of Arts and British Royal College of Fine Arts.Currently he resides in Sydney, Australia and teaches at College of Fine Arts, University of South Wales.He is also a guest professor at Glasgow College of Fine Arts, Scotland, and the vice-chairman of Australian Branch,International Sketch Association.
