14.2.2　Arranging for Shipment办理运输

As the contract is under FOB,you are responsible for arranging for shipment.You may book the shipping space on your own or authorize it to a freight forwarding company or to the exporter.Upon receiving the expected shipping date advised from the exporter,you book the shipping space via the forwarder by filling out a form detailing your shipping instructions.After that,inform the exporter of the name of the vessel and its estimated time of arrival at the loading port,and urge the exporter to dispatch the goods.
