Chapter III Pu’er Tea Culture
[Abstract]Yunnan Pu’er tea, which has a long history, has formed a special“culture”in the history.Together with“firewood, rice, oil, salt, soy sauce, vinegar”, it not only meets the daily needs of people, but also enriches the spiritual and cultural connotation together with“music,chess, calligraphy, painting, poetry and wine”.There were numerous poems, couplets, songs and dances, operas and stories about Pu’er tea in ancient times.The tea culture is the connotation of Pu’er tea.Therefore, Pu’er tea is constantly injected with new vitality.In addition, the essential vitality of Pu’er tea“the older, the more fragrant”establishes its reputation and position in history.Its essential characteristics and cultural and historical stories keep Pu’er tea fresh and long-lasting.
