四、结语
学术诚信是中国学术界的战略性问题，对学术失信影响因素的研究，是学术失信问题有效治理的前提。本研究提出学术诚信的影响因素研究要突破个体特征视角和制度环境视角的限制，在组织这一个体和环境互动的具体情境中理解学术失信行为的影响因素；同时，通过收集1994—2014年经济管理学科的重复发表期刊论文作为学术失信行为的样本进行了实证研究。研究发现从个体特征层次上，个体的道德水平对学术失信行为没有显著影响，而个体的职称（即学术地位）高低对学术失信行为具有显著影响，拥有高学术地位的研究人员相对来说拥有更多的学术资源和操作空间，从而诱发学术失信行为的产生。在制度环境层次上，随着时间的推移和中外学术交流的推进，个体的学术失信行为的程度在不断降低；学术评价系统对个人工作成果的认可制度显著地影响了学术失信行为的程度，迫使个体在工作结果得不到评价制度认可的情况下产生失信行为。在组织层面，个体所在的组织性质显著地影响学术失信行为的程度。需要特别指出的是，学术评价系统作为当前学术生态中的重要组成要素，其功能的发挥只有通过个体所服务的学术单位才能产生具体效能。这进一步凸显了组织这一要素在学术诚信建设中的突出作用。本研究采用的是重复发表数据，虽然数据本身具有较强的客观性，但是无法体现重发作者的压力承受能力、人格特质等心理因素对学术诚信行为的影响。对于行为主体心理因素对学术诚信行为的影响，将通过后续的社会调查方法展开，以弥补现有研究的不足。
