五、一般治疗

（一）治疗原则

目前尚无满意的疗法。

（二）治疗建议

可用皮质类固醇、氮芥（chlormethine）、环磷酰胺、长春新碱、氯喹、阿司匹林（aspirn）等治疗。亦可用ACTH、氮芥、盐酸氯化喹啉三联疗法。还可试用雷公藤（tripterygium）等。
