口腔颌面部异常相关的治疗建议
无症状者可不必治疗。若发生疼痛者则可行茎突截短术，不可从根部切除茎突，以免伤及面神经及舌咽神经。一般术后可消除症状，效果甚佳。Evans于1976年提出一种非手术疗法，即以曲安奈德（triamcinolone acetonide）混悬液40 mg加1%利多卡因1 ml，经咽部注射，取得较好疗效。
