口腔颌面部异常相关的治疗建议

目前先天性无痛症患者尚无根治方法，只能采取保护性措施，防止自残及外伤。阿片药物拮抗剂纳络酮让一位CIP患者短时间出现痛觉，同样的“痛觉恢复”效应在Nav1.7基因敲除小鼠中出现。因此，可能阿片药物拮抗剂如纳洛酮可以有效治疗无痛症状。
