五、治疗
本病的治疗主要以早期预防为主：防止这种综合征被忽视，临床医生有必要注意发现早期症状。早期识别可以防止失明、牙齿问题和学习障碍。
（一）一般治疗
对于该病的治疗目前尚无特殊手段，可口服维生素类药物，配戴眼镜以减轻畏光感。
（二）口腔颌面部异常相关的治疗建议
1.由于釉质发育不全，易发生龋坏，需加强口腔卫生护理，预防龋病发生，对已发生龋坏或牙髓根尖周疾病的患牙及时治疗。重度磨损的牙齿进行相应的修复治疗，以恢复正常咬合。无法保留的患牙拔除后行修复治疗或间隙保持。
2.伴有唇腭裂表现的进行手术治疗。
