五、治疗
（一）一般治疗
对肾钙质沉积的定期随访和对整个儿童和成年期肾功能的评估有助于在肾衰竭发生之前开始预防性治疗。
（二）口腔颌面部异常相关的治疗建议
1.对于釉质发育不全的患者，需加强口腔卫生护理，及时治疗龋坏的牙齿，应用氟化物、重度磨耗的进行相应的修复治疗，无保留价值的患牙及时拔除后行相应治疗。
2.牙龈增生的患者手术切除效果良好，目前尚无复发报道。
3.牙齿不萌的情况较为复杂，需要根据具体情况决定治疗方案。
