口腔颌面部异常相关的治疗建议
主要原则为预防牙齿磨损，保持牙齿功能，改善美观。前牙可采用树脂贴面改善美观，伴有根尖周透射影和根折的患牙可以考虑拔除。后牙可采用不锈钢预成冠防止磨耗，年龄较大的患儿可考虑恒牙后牙全冠修复。
有学者用树脂贴面对DD-Ⅱ患者进行了美容修复，也有报道称采用全瓷修复体重建全口咬合关系。通过正畸修复错
的方法也有报道。对待重度磨耗的患者，通过恢复部分咬合功能；缓解颞下颌关节紊乱，亦可以通过可摘局部义齿的方式修复。
