五、治疗
针对该病仍无有效的针对性治疗。目前,对于HHT患者,临床治疗为对症处理:
1.针对出血部位采用激光、手术、硬化剂治疗。
2.贫血患者,采用输血和补充铁剂治疗。
3.肺、脑动静脉畸形患者采用经导管血管栓塞治疗。
4.有报道称沙利度胺、噻吗洛尔、抗纤溶药物与抗血管内皮生长因子单克隆抗体对减少该病引起的出血有一定作用,但具体作用机制仍不清楚。
