编后记

《南昌外事志（1991—2020）》一书，是中共南昌市委外事工作委员会办公室、南昌市人民政府外事办公室（以下简称市委外办、市政府外办）组织编写的，从2021年5月开始工作到完成文稿，历时近一年半。为了编好这本书，市委外办、市政府外办成立了编委会和编辑部。编委会负责编写工作的指导和协调，编辑部负责拟定篇目、提纲，制定编写方案和技术规格，承担全书编纂、加工、统改和联络工作。全书文稿经市委外办、市政府外办各分管副主任及老领导、老同志，市直有关部门负责同志，有关专家审核、修改后，由梅梅主任最终审定书稿。

这部书是市委外办、市政府外办各科室（单位）密切协作、集体劳动的成果。在奉献给读者的时候，我们对参与和关心本书编写以及提供资料、审阅稿件的所有同志，以及江西省外办、南昌市史志办的大力支持和帮助表示衷心的感谢。

此志时间跨度大，资料收集难，由于编纂时间较短，涉及面广，工作量大，加之我们水平有限，某些资料缺失，难免有错漏之处，敬请读者批评指正。

The book the Annals of Nanchang Foreign Affairs (1991-2020) was compiled by Office of Foreign Affairs Commission of the CPC Nanchang Municipal Committee and Foreign Affairs Office of Nanchang Municipal People’s Government（here in after referred to as the two offices）.Starting from May 2021, it took one year and a half to complete the manuscript. In order to compile this book, the two offices set up an Editorial Committee and an Editorial Department.The former is responsible for the guidance and coordination of the compilation work, while the latter is responsible for drawing up the contents and outline, formulating the compilation plan and technical specifications, and undertaking the compilation, processing, unification and liaison work for the book. The manuscript was reviewed and revised by the Deputy Directors in charge of the two offices, retired leaders and comrades, the comrades in charge of relevant departments directly under municipal administration, and relevant experts. It was finalized by Director Mei Mei.

This book is the fruit of close collaboration and collective efforts of all sections （units） of the two offices. In dedicating this book to our readers, we express our heartfelt thanks to all the comrades who have participated in and cared about the compilation of this book, as well as those who have provided information and reviewed the manuscript, and to Office of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Government of Jiangxi Province and Nanchang Municipal Office of History and Records for their great support and help.

Due to the large time span, difficulty in data collection, short compilation time in comparison with the wide coverage and heavy workload, as well as our limited level of compilation, errors and omissions are inevitable, it is therefore respectful to have your criticism and correction.
