Thank you for your email dated on May 12，2010，informing me that our manuscript（Ref.No.）was accepted for publication in Journal ofand should defray US$1000 for the page charge.Because of no foundation to support，I cannot afford to pay this charge.However，I noticed that the journal provides financial assistance for unfunded authors，so I enclosed an application form requesting for the waiver.
