下肢静脉曲张治疗策略的思考
临床上治疗下肢静脉曲张的方法非常多，对于选取何种治疗方法目前尚存在较大的争议性，对于每种治疗方法而言，各有其利弊。目前，临床上争议最大的就是C2级病变，由于其可采取的临床治疗方法较多，所以在实际治疗过程中应该按照患者的实际病情、患者的知情度以及手术操作者对手术的熟练程度来选择合适的治疗方式。然而对于C3级以上病变，尤其C4～C6级病变，则建议在治疗前需要静脉造影检查了解患者深静脉反流情况，以及是否存在腔静脉梗阻等方面的问题。需要特别指出的是，同种治疗手段并非均适合各种级别的下肢静脉曲张，目前唯有手术治疗下肢静脉曲张有长期随访资料，而且其临床疗效让患者满意。目前尚无一种微创治疗方法可以完全代替另外一种临床治疗方法，对于不同分期的下肢静脉曲张患者的临床治疗方法应有所差别。
总之，面对如今临床众说纷纭的治疗方法，如何根据患者具体情况和诉求，挑选出最经济适用的方法，尽可能减少并发症的发生，最大程度的减轻患者痛苦，缩短患者的恢复时间，仍是未来临床研究的重点和方向。
